Norwegian investors invited to take advantage of economic reform in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, January 14, 2025 (FMC) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gedion Timothewos held discussions with Ms. Emilie Enger Mehl, Norwegian Justice Minister, today.

On the occasion, Dr. Gedion noted that Norway is one of Ethiopia’s longstanding partners, emphasizing his country’s keenness to further elevate the existing bilateral ties.

The Minister also highlighted the ongoing economic reforms in Ethiopia and called on Norwegian investors to take advantage of these opportunities.

Norwegian Justice Minister Emilie Enger Mehl, on her part, reaffirmed her country’s commitment to strengthening its longstanding relations with Ethiopia.
