PM Abiy Ahmed, President Emmanuel Macron discuss a range of bilateral, multilateral issues
Addis Ababa, December 21, 2024 (FMC) – In their bilateral talks with at the National Palace, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) and President Emmanuel Macron addressed a range of bilateral and multilateral issues.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed expressed his appreciation for President Emmanuel Macron and the French government’s support in the renovation of the National Palace and the ongoing restoration of rock hewn churches of Lalibela.
During their discussion, the two leaders explored potential collaborations in various fields, including increasing French investments, as well as strengthening ties in education and culture.
Prime Minister Abiy also emphasized the importance of building on longstanding historical relations between Ethiopia and France.
