Addis Ababa, December 3, 2024 (FBC) – In the wake of the peace agreement established between the Oromia Regional Government and Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) leaders, members of the army have started relocating to their designated camp.

The peace accord, signed last Sunday, aims to peacefully address longstanding issues affecting the community and to resolve political disputes through dialogue.

According to reports from the Oromia Regional State Branch Office of the Prosperity Party, OLA members who had been operating in various regions are now entering the camp that has been allocated for them. This movement is seen as a positive step, signaling the implementation of the agreement.
