Ethiopian Airlines officially resumes passenger flights to Monrovia
Addis Ababa, November 30, 2024 (FBC) – Ethiopian Airlines, the largest African carrier and one of the fastest growing aviation brands in the world, today announced that it has officially resumed passenger flights to Monrovia, the capital of Liberia.
The first inaugural flight has departed today 30th of November 2024 from its hub Addis Ababa Bole International Airport in the presence of the airline’s Group CEO Mr. Mesfin Tasew and other officials.
“The inaugural flight ceremony graced by Sirleaf Tyler, Minister of Liberian Ministry of Transport, Louise Sharene, Ambassador of Liberia to Ethiopia, Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mr. Mesfin Tasew, as well as Ethiopian Airlines’ executives management members and invited guests,” the Airline said in a social media post published this morning.
