Indian companies engaged in pharmaceuticals, agriculture sectors to explore opportunities in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, July 11, 2024 (FBC) – The Ethiopian Embassy in New Delhi, in collaboration with the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), organized a Business Forum to explore and promote business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.

Deputy Head of Mission Ambassador Bizunesh delivered a keynote speech highlighting the ample business and investment opportunities in Ethiopia.

A comprehensive presentation that provided participants with detailed insights into opportunities in Ethiopia across various sectors was part of the event.

The Forum was attended by over 20 company representatives from the health, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, agriculture, and agro-processing sectors.

The Embassy and the Chamber are collaborating on organizing a business delegation from these sectors to visit Ethiopia for a pre-investment tour soon.
