ITU-PRIDA Workshop on Nat’l Frequency Allocation kicks off in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, May 20, 2024 (FBC) – A continental event, the “ITU-PRIDA Workshop on National Tables of Frequency Allocation (NTFA) for Region 1 (Radio Regulations),” has commenced today in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This workshop is a collaborative effort between the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Policy and Regulation Initiative for Digital Africa (PRIDA).

Scheduled to run from May 20th to May 23rd, 2024, this significant gathering is hosted by the Ministry of Innovation and Technology of Ethiopia (MInT), in partnership with the African Telecommunications Union (ATU).

The workshop aims to address crucial issues related to national frequency allocation tables.
