Russian envoy extends congratulations on Ethiopia’s Patriots’ Victory Day

Earlier today, the 83rd anniversary of Ethiopian Patriots Victory Day was observed at the Arat Kilo Patriots Monument in Addis Ababa in the presence of President Sahl-Work Zewde, patriots, patriots’ families, members of the diplomatic community, and officials of Ethiopian national defense forces, among others.
