Kremlin Says Received Many Requests for Interviews With Putin From Major Media
MOSCOW, February 9 (Sputnik) – The Kremlin has received several dozen requests for interviews with Russian President Vladimir Putin from major media outlets from many countries around the world in recent days, spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
On Thursday night, US journalist Tucker Carlson published his interview with the Russian president, which lasted for over two hours and covered different topics, including the Ukraine conflict, the Nord Stream sabotage, the Russia-NATO relationship, artificial intelligence, and others.
“Well, one of the main news today is the president’s interview with the US journalist. It is published. By the way, we have probably received several dozen requests for an interview with president Putin from foreign media over the last three or four days. This includes the media of the United States, France, Italy, Austria, and Australia, from many countries of the world, from the largest media,” Peskov told reporters.
