MFA State Minister converses over the phone with Deputy SG of EU EEAS

Addis Ababa, January 9, 2024 (FBC) – State Minister Ambassador Mesganu Arga held a phone conversation with the Deputy Secretary General of EU EEAS, Enrique Mora on current developments in Ethiopia and the region.

State Minister Mesganu Arga took the occasion to brief Deputy Secretary General Mora on the progress made on the ongoing national dialogue, the implementation of the Pretoria Peace Agreement and the transitional justice mechanism.

The two sides also discussed current regional peace and security matters, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.
