Commission to begin crafting national dialogue agenda soon

Addis Ababa, December 22, 2023 (FBC) – The Ethiopian National Dialogue Commission announced preparation to begin crafting agenda for the upcoming national dialogue soon.

In a press conference held today, the Commission stated that it is identifying participations of the dialogue and undertaking public awareness creation towards its future endeavors.

The Commission also indicated that productive consultative meetings were held with members of the diaspora community, the media, activists and representatives of the international community.

Participants have been identified from 700 woredas in the country except the Tigray and Amhara Regional states, according to the commission which also pointed out that identification of participants will be commenced in these regions too soon.
