PM holds phone talks with President Trump
Addis Ababa, April 25, 2020 (FBC) โ Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed has held phone talks with US President Donald Trump.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said the discussion was encouraging in reaffirming the continued ties between Ethiopia and the United States.

President Donald Trump for his part pledged to help Ethiopia in fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Just spoke to Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali of Ethiopia. His Country needs Ventilators, and the U.S. is in good position to help him. We will!

Ethiopia has so far reported 122 confirmed cases of coronavirus, with three deaths and 25 recoveries.
The number of cases worldwide has reached more than 2.8 million, with over 200,000 deaths and more than 819,000 recoveries.
