Amb. Cham meets with Deputy of State Duma

Addis Ababa, August 28, 2023 (FBC) – Ethiopian Ambassador to Russia, Cham Ugala Uriat, held a discussion with the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Marchenko Evgeniy Evgenievich.

During their consultation, Ambassador Cham briefed Marchenko of Ethiopia’s intentions to scale up the trade and investment ties with the Russian Federation.

Despite the two nations’ extensive diplomatic history, effort needs to be done to strengthen their economic relationships, he noted.
