Second Ethiopia-Azerbaijan Political Consultation held in Baku

Addis Ababa, July 7, 2023 (FBC) – A high-level delegation led by State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Mesganu Arga held the 2nd Ethiopia-Azerbaijan Political Consultation with Azerbaijani counterpart led by Deputy Foreign Minister, Fariz Rzayev, on Thursday, in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The consultation was principally aimed at further strengthening bilateral cooperation in the areas of agribusiness, mining, and education in tandem with enhancing multilateral collaboration.

The parties concurred on the need to elevate bilateral ties primarily focusing on economic diplomacy particularly in areas of trade, investment and tourism.
