Delegation of Ethiopian National War College visits AUC_PAPS

Addis Ababa, June 27, 2023 (FBC) – The African Union political Affairs Peace and Security (AUC_PAPS)  has received a delegation of the National War College of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia today.

According to AUC_PAPS the delegation was briefed on AU organization and functions; African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA); the African Standby Force (ASF) Concept, organization, challenges; overview of AU Interventions/ current operations; and the AU compliance and Accountability Framework.

AUC_PAPS added that the visit was an opportunity for the War College students to learn about AU efforts in general and have a deeper understanding of AU mechanisms such as the African Standby Force (ASF).
