Addis Ababa’s 14th Arts Festival opens
Addis Ababa, June 2, 2023 (FBC) – The 14th Arts Festival of Addis Ababa has opened in the presence of government officials and guests.
In his opeinig remarks, Deputy Head of Addis Ababa Culture, Arts and Tourism Bureau, Sertse Firesbhat stated that the exhibition is instrumental in promoting artistic treasures in the capital.
Sertse said that competitions and exhibitions of paintings and drawings and related events will be part of the festival.
Performing arts, visual arts and works of writings of various authors are being showcased in the festival.
The three day Arts festival underway entitled “Ethiopia: A nation adorned with blend of arts” lasts till 4 June 2023.
