Seminar on Fostering New Highlights in China-Africa Cooperation underway in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, May 18, 2023 (FBC) – A Seminar Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the OAU, Fostering New Highlights in China-Africa Cooperation Build China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in the New Era is underway in Addis Ababa at Skylight Hotel.

The Seminar co-hosted by mission of China to the African Union is being held under the theme “ Fostering New Highlights in China-Africa Cooperation Build China-Africa Community with a Shared Future in the New Era”.

The seminar offers suggestions for china-Africa cooperation and Africa’s revitalization, exploring ways to solve the challenges in Africa’s path to modernization and deepening the exchange of experiences in governance, economic and social development between China and Africa.

It is stated that the seminar will also discuses and reflects on how to speed up the alignment of China’s Belt and Road Initiative , Global Development Initiative , Global Security Initiative, Global civilization Initiative and the nine programs with the AU’s Agenda 2063 and the relevant agenda of African countries.

The seminar is expected to push the China-African comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership to a new level and make new contribution to build a China-Africa community with a shared future in the new era.
