Project for the resettlement of displaced children in Ethiopia launched

Addis Ababa, March 8, 2023 (FBC) – The Korea International Cooperation Agency, the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), and partners have launched today a joint project which aims to improve resilience and strengthen child protection.

The project will reportedly be implemented in Gambella, Oromia, and Southern Ethiopia regions to resettle children displaced by conflict and other reasons.

It is also stated that the project will help to increase disaster resilience, strengthen child care and provide access to clean drinking water.
