Ethiopia, India agree to cooperate in fighting the menace of terrorism and extremism
Addis Ababa, November 19, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopia and India have reached an agreement to cooperate in fighting the menace of terrorism and extremism.
Ethiopian delegation, led by Minister of Peace, Binalf Andualem is participating in the 3rd ‘No Money for Terror’ Ministerial Conference on Counter-Terrorism Financing in New Delhi, India.
On the margins of the 3rd NMFT Ministerial Conference, the Minister met with Amit Shah, Union Home Minister of India, and discussed bilateral, multilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
He thanked India for its continued support through trade and commerce, capacity building and people-to-people contact.
At the end of their discussion, officials of the two nations agreed to cooperate in fighting the menace of terrorism and extremism.
