Ethiopians pay tribute to November 3 victims of ENDF Northern command members
Addis Ababa, November 3, 2022 (FBC) – Ethiopians across all regions paid tributes to the November 3, 2020 victims of the ENDF’s Northern Command members with various events under the theme of “We will never forget”.
Addis Ababa city observed the commemoration of the 2nd year of the attack on ENDF’s Northern Command members by TPLF on November 3, 2020.
At the commemorative event, Addis Ababa City Administration Deputy Mayor, Jantrar Abay, other senior officials of the city administration and members of ENDF attended the homage.
Deputy Mayor Jantarar Abay said on the occasion that November 3 is the day that “we remember and pay our respects to those who fall and sacrificed their lives to maintain this sovereign nation”.
Mentioning that ENDF is the guardian of Ethiopia’s resurrection, he expressed gratitude for the sacrifices the army made to defend the country’s sovereignty.
The deputy mayor said that “we will not forget the attack on the valiant ENDF on November 3, and that Ethiopia will continue to fly its flag high”.
The day has been commemorated with various befitting events in Afar, Amhara, Somali, Oromia, Harar, Gambella, South Ethiopia, South-West Ethiopia, Benishangul-Gumuz, and Sidama regions as well as in Dire-Dawa City administration and ENDF’s HQ.
