Ethiopia, Djibouti built materialized green economic integration: Djibouti President

Addis Ababa, October 23, 2022 (FBC) – Besides to the Green Legacy Initiative, the green economic integration between Ethiopia and Djibouti has been materialized, according to Djibouti president Ismail Omar Guelleh.

President Guelleh launched the “Climate Change and Research: The Path to Sustainable Adaptation & Resilience”, high-level summit, being held in Djobouti.

Ethiopia’s Minister of Peace, Benalf Andualem is also attending the summit.

The Djibouti president, during his opening remarks stated that Ethiopia and Djibouti have built partnership of an interconnected line to harness clean hydroelectric power.

“In addition to Green Legacy Initiative, the green economic integration between Ethiopia and Djibouti has been materialized”, he said during his opening remarks.
