Microsoft releases security updates for Windows 11

Addis Ababa, September 22, 2022 (FBC) – Microsoft has announced a new operating system (OS) update with various security features for Windows 11 users.

The security improvements include application control enhancements, vulnerable driver’s protection, identity protection and password management.

Windows 11 operating system has been upgraded to Smart App Control which has created a high security system for customers.

In addition, the company stated that it has created an artificial intelligence system to protect Windows 11 users from malicious applications and attacks from untrusted application sources.

Furthermore, Windows 11 security updates can detect phishing attacks and provide early warning signals to prevent users from entering credentials and passwords on untrusted applications or platforms, said Microsoft.

Among the reasons that forced Microsoft to release such security and update in Windows 11 is considering the security vulnerability gap that appeared in the TikTok application on Android, as per INSA.
