Famine, global food crisis must not be politicized – Russia
Addis Ababa, September 15, 2022 (FBC) – Russia has reaffirmed its readiness to export grain and fertilizer by the end of this year to prevent global food crisis, and stressed that famine and efforts to prevent food insecurity should not be politicized.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia stated that the country is ready to export about 30 million tons of grain and over 20 million tons of fertilizer to help prevent the threat of global food crisis.
The statement also underlined that “the threat of famine or efforts to prevent global food crisis should not be politicized.”
