President Sahle-Work praises humanitarian activities of Catholic Relief Service in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, June 23, 2022 (FBC) – President Sahle-Work Zewde has extended gratitude to Catholic Relief Service for its outstanding humanitarian and development activities in Ethiopia.

President Sahle-Work Zewde received His Eminence Cardinal Berhaneyesus Surafel, Metropolitan Archbishop and President of the Catholic Bishop’s Conference of Ethiopia along with Sean Callahan, CEO and President of Catholic Relief Services (CRS) at her office.

During the discussion, the President praised the development and humanitarian activities the Catholic Church and its partner Catholic Relief Service (CRS) are doing in Ethiopia for the past several years.
