Supreme Court President, U.S Embassy Chargé d’Affaires discuss areas of cooperation

Addis Ababa, April 12, 2022 (FBC) – President of Supreme Court of Ethiopia, Meaza Shenafi received at her office Ambassador Tracey Ann Jacobson, Chargé d’Affaires at the U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa.

The two discussed main areas of cooperation and support, particularly through the USAID-Feteh Activity project. Meaza indicated that the project is providing support to Ethiopia’s reform programs at the court over the past two years.

They also consulted on the role of the judiciary, the importance of transparent accountability and on areas of continued engagement.
