World Bank Executive Director discusses with higher officials on ways of enhancing Group’s support to Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, March 22, 2022 (FBC) – Executive Director of the World Bank for Africa Group, Taufila Nyamadzabo has discussed with senior government officials including the Finance Minister, Ahmed Shide and the Health Minister Lia Tadesse on ways of enhancing the Group’s support to developments Ethiopia.

Executive Director Taufila Nyamadzabo and the Finance Minister Ahmed Shede discussed on ways of strengthening World Bank’s financial assistance to Ethiopia.

Health Minister Lia Tadesse and the Wold Bank Executive Director have also exchanged views on long-standing partnership between Ethiopia and the Group and ways how tstrengthening the health system including the support in responding to COVID-19 pandemic.
