Delegations from South Sudan, Djibouti and South Africa arrive in Addis Ababa to attend PP’s first congress

Addis Ababa, March 11, 2022 (FBC) – A delegation led by the Vice-Chairman of the South Sudan People’s Liberation Front and Vice President of the Republic of South Sudan, Prof. James Wani Igga, the Secretary-General of the Popular Rally for Progress (RPP) and Minister of Economy and Finance of Djibouti, Ilyas Moussa Dawaleh and Ambassador Febe Potgieter, General Manager of African National Congress South Africa arrived in Addis Ababa today to attend the first congress of the Prosperity Party (PP) the governing party of Ethiopia.

Upon arrival, the delegations were cordially received at Bole International Airport by high-level government officials, including, Ambassador Abdulkadir Berket, Democratic System Building Centre Coordinator at the Office of the Prime Minister, Ahmed Shide, Minister of Finance, Ambassador Birtukan Ayano, State Minister of the Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia and Ambassador Fissaha Shawel, Director General of African Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia.
