Ethiopia, Turkey mull over enhanced cooperation in multifaceted areas

Addis Ababa, November 3, 2021 (FBC) – Officials of the Ministry of plan and Development discussed with counterparts of the Plan and Development Agency of Turkeyon ways of forging enhanced collaboration of mutual issues. 

The two sides prioritized cooperation in various fields of development. Fitsum Asefa (PhD), Minister of the Ethiopian Plan and Development Ministry briefed the Turkish delegation on Ethiopia’s priority areas in the development sector.

Turkey is a close development partner of Ethiopia particularly in the areas of capacity building and education sectors, Fit sum said pledging commitment to enhance the collaboration in multifaceted areas.

The two sides further explored ways to create stronger partnership in areas trade and investment.
