President Sahle-Work vistis wounded troops at Armed Forces Hospital

Addis Ababa, September 10, 2021 (FBC) – President Sahle-Work Zewde along with Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, Adanech Abiebie and other officials has visted wounded members of the National Defense Forces at Armed Forces Hospital in Addis Ababa.

In connection with the celebration of Gallantry Day, the President saluted the wounded troops who are receivin treatments at the hospital, and assured them Ethiopia and Ethiopians feeld proud of them for the sacrifices they paid to defend sovereignty of the nation.

In partnershiop with the City Administration of Addis Ababa, the president has handed over New Year presents and sheep and oxes for meals of the celebration.

Finally, the President extended wishes for Happy New Year and fast recovery for the wounded.
