Oromia Government appreciates residents for taking part in rallies held against terrorist OLF-Shene

Addis Ababa, August 18, 2021 (FBC) – The Regional Government of Oromia has extended message of appreciation to residents of several towns and zones of the region for they held peaceful rallies against the terrorist OLF-Shene.

The residents have staged the rallies based on self-motivation without any external push, it is indicated on the written message.

It is very commendable that the community of the region has well comprehended evil thoughts and deeds of the terrorist organization. The demonstration shows how the awareness of the people in the region has reached its maximum level in understanding destructive agenda of the terrorist OLF-Shene.

The regional government also said the commitment of the people seen in the rallies indicates readiness of the people in protecting the country from enemies.

Various segments of the communiteis and public servants from different governmental structures have participated in the rallies, the message indicates.

The message indicates that the similar demonstrations will be held in several parts of the region during the days to come.
