Health Ministry launches National Emergency, Injury and critical care strategy

Addis Ababa, June 10, 2021 (FBC) – The Health Minister, Dr. Lia Tadesse has announced Ministry’s National Emergency, Injury, and Critical Care five-year strategic plan.

The plan consists of 10 strategic directions focusing on increasing community engagement, strengthening pre-hospital care, expanding and strengthening HR, health facility capacity, and availability of drugs and medical supplies with quality at its core, Dr. Lia explained.

Health Minister Dr. Lia Tadesse further called upon all stakeholders to work together with the Ministry and the government of Ethiopia at large to realize this plan.
