Ethiopian missions in Frankfurt, Berlin mobilize over 41mln Birr for national projects

Addis Ababa, April 27, 2021 (FBC) – Ethiopian Diplomatic Missions in Frankfurt and Berlin have mobilized more than 41 Million Birr support from members of the Diaspora community for national projects.

The delegation of the Ethiopian Diaspora Agency has met with members of the Ethipian Disapsora Community in Frankfurt and Berlin, Germany and discussed several national issues.

It is stated on the occasion that Ethiopians living in Frankfurt and Berlin have contributed financial support amounting more than 41 Million Birr to ongoing projects in Ethiopia.

In the meeting organized by the Offices of Consulate General of Ethiopia in Frankfurt and Berlin, Deputy Director General of the Ethiopian Diaspora Agency, Dr. Mohammed Endris said Ethiopia has been going through several challenges and heading to better future through universal participation of the general public and members of the diaspora community as well.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ethiopia to Germany, Mulu Solomon, to her part said nothing can stop Ethiopia from its journey towards better tomorrow, and expressed conviction that the public would stand with the government so as to tackle recent challenges and realize better Ethiopia.
