Ethio-Djibouti Tourism Forum kicks off in Addis Ababa

Addis Ababa, February 11, 2021 (FBC) –The Ethio-Djibouti Tourism Forum kicked off in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa today.

In her opening remarks, Minister of Culture and Tourism, Dr Hirut Kassaw, said Ethiopia and Djibouti have strong socio-economic bond.

She added more efforts are required to strengthen the relation between the two countries in the tourism industry.

Mohamed Abdoulkader Moussa, Minister of Urban Planning, Environment Tourism of Djibouti said works were made to strengthen the people-to-people ties between the two countries.

The forum will be held for the coming three days, including today.

A delegation led by Mohamed Abdoulkader Moussa, arrived in Addis Ababa last night.

Upon arrival at Bole International Airport, the delegation was received by Ethiopia’s State Minister for Culture and Tourism, Bizunesh Meseret.
