Legedadi phase II water project to begin supplying clean water on Oct.
Addis Ababa, January 22, 2021 (FBC) –Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa city, Adanech Abiebie today visited the progress of the Legedadi phase II water project.
Adanech was accompanied by Jantirar Abay, coordinator of public service delivery institutions with the rank of deputy mayor and other officials of the city administration.
Efforts are underway to enable the Legedadi phase II groundwater water project supply the city with 86,000 cubic metres of water per day as of next October.
The project will supply clean water to north-eastern parts of Addis Ababa, particularly to Yeka and Gulele sub-cities, Addis Ababa city press secretary office.
The delegation led by Adanech Abiebie also visited a water project being built in Akaki.
