Ethiopian officials hold discussions with ambassadors

Addis Ababa, January 14, 2021 (FBC) –Minister of Innovation and Technology, Dr Abrham Belay, received Indian Ambassador to Ethiopia Shri Robert Shetkintong at his office today.

The two discussed on the ICT center which will be built in Addis Ababa jointly by Ethiopia and India as well as on ways to involve Ethiopia in the Pan African e-Network project.

They also exchanged views on implementation of agreements to cooperate in ICT, capacity building, and in various innovation technology fields.

In a related development, State Minister of Finance, Dr Eyob Tekalign, held consultation with French Ambassador to Ethiopia, Remi Marechaux.

They discussed ways to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries.
