Great Ethiopian Run builds a school in Wag Hemra Zone

Addis Ababa, December 18, 2020 (FBC) – Great Ethiopian Run has handed over the school it built at a cost of 2 Million Birr in Wag Hemra Zone to community representatives via the long-distance track legend, athlete Haile Gebresselassie.

The budget disbursed on the construction of the school has been raised through a fundraising program carried out under the theme “I run to help others”.

Great Ethiopian Run called up on all to buy T-Shirts prepared for the upcoming Total Great Ethiopian Run which is set to extend support to “Care for Women and Children” and “Omo Child Foundation” initiatives.
