Trauma center to be built in Addis Ababa
Addis Ababa, April 10, 2019 (FBC) –The Ministry of Health today signed an agreement with Etete construction to build a trauma center at a cost of 750 million birr.
The center, which is the first of its kind in the country, will have 500 beds, mini blood bank and all diagnostic modalities.
The eight-story building will be erected in Alert hospital, according to Dr Amir Aman, Minister of Health.
The construction of the center will take three years for completion.
